What if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos showing the issue (item must be unused with tags intact)
🚨 Note: Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for shipping-related damages. You’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier before reaching out to us with your claim number.
Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment. Processing time before shipping is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately if you need to make changes. However, once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify it.
What if I don’t receive my order?
All orders are tracked and insured up to $100 by Canada Post. If your package is lost or stolen, Canada Post only reimburses up to $100—we do not cover additional refunds.
