Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 🌎

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Shipping times vary by country and may be affected by postal delays or regulations. All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking from Ontario, Canada. Please check your tracking number for the latest updates.

Will shipping take longer during holidays?

Yes, shipping times may be extended during public holidays, busy seasons, and major festivals (e.g., Christmas) due to increased postal service demand and customs processing delays.

Who is responsible for shipping delays or customs issues?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, postal strikes, natural occurrences, or transportation disruptions.

What if my order gets lost?

Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for lost packages caused by the postal service. However, all orders include tracking and insurance (up to $100) through Canada Post.

Do I have to pay import taxes & duties?

Yes, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country—please check with your local postal service for details.

How can I track my package?

Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?

Don’t worry! Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours after shipment. Processing time before shipping is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

What if I don’t receive my order?

All orders are tracked and insured up to $100 by Canada Post. If a package is lost or stolen, Canada Post covers up to $100 per order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen orders beyond that amount.
